1.脇の下に4本指、前側に親指を置き、筋肉を軽く挟む(ゴリッと硬くなっている部分)
2.腕をまっすぐ伸ばしたまま肩を大きく前に回す(10回)
3.続けて後ろに回す(10回)
4.反対側も同様に行う
